The recommended browser for use of Clinic-Assist is Google Chrome. To ensure that your ‘Chrome’ browser allows operational use of Clinic-Assist, you will need to review and modify certain settings.
Select ‘Customise and control Google Chrome’ (3 dots top right of screen) followed by ‘Settings’:
Next select ‘Advanced’ to provide the ‘Privacy and security’ options, followed by ‘Content Settings’:
Select ‘Popups’
Go to ‘Allow’ and select ‘ADD’
Enter ‘[*.]clinic-assist.co.uk‘ and click ‘Add’
